セットアップの手間及び外部プロセスによるコード生成の複雑さを軽減するために、利用可能な場所ではマクロを使ったコード生成を行う。
これまでコード生成で注入していたランタイムコードについては廃止し、代わりにランタイムライブラリを作成する。
新たに
CallableKitVaporTransportおよびCallableKitHummingbirdTransportライブラリを作成し、それに依存させる形にする。API定義パッケージ側も
CallableKitライブラリをimportする形式にし、それが提供する@Callableマクロをサービスプロトコルに付与することでコード生成を行う。
