- Replace log-level configuration (Error/Info/Debug/Trace) with enable/disable access logs toggle
- Remove custom log levels by IP address section (no longer supported)
- Add new Ingress Access Log Format section documenting log fields
- Update section titles and IDs to reflect access logs terminology
