The blog looks good to me! I added a link to the maxwait arXiv paper. The LF meeting link seems to be unavailable to the public audience. I'm getting 404: The requested URL was not found on this server. |

This adds a blog related to the arXiv paper claiming the generality of maxwait. When the arXiv paper is published, we will need to add a pointer here. But otherwise, this is ready for review.
