Technical details
Generate the foreign key (FK) constraint either inside the CREATE TABLE statement or as a separate ALTER TABLE statement, depending on the selected generation option.
Additionally, collections are sorted based on their relationships to ensure that inline foreign key constraints are not created before their corresponding parent collections.
