Happy to see that Portland, OR, USA is spinning back up! As per the DevOpsDays Organizing guide:
You’re going to need at least three people from three different organizations on your local organizing team, so you have a broader base of support and involvement from the community.
Once you've got your third qualifying local organiser, we can move forward with the merge, slack invites, mailing list, etc.
