Description

This PR updates the Poetry version used in CI workflows from 1.5.1 to 2.2.1. The poetry.lock file has been regenerated with the new Poetry version, which includes updated dependency markers for better compatibility.

Changes

• Updated Poetry version from 1.5.1 to 2.2.1 in .github/workflows/pypi.yml
• Updated Poetry version from 1.5.1 to 2.2.1 in .github/workflows/python-ci.yml
• Regenerated poetry.lock with Poetry 2.2.1, which includes updated dependency markers
