Summary

This PR addresses a few important aspects:

  1. Make brownfield a fully-standalone library - currently, packaging artifacts is easy with Rock, but complex without it. The aim of this PR is to give brownfield a standalone, batteries-included tooling to do so.
  • introduces a standalone CLI for the brownfield plugin to ease usage without Rock
  • adds proper documentation sections

The new CI builds artifacts from the RN app using the CLI and then builds the iOS & Android consumer apps using these artifacts.

Changes in this PR depend on callstackincubator/rock#666 being merged & published.

Test plan

CI green.

Let's rename the CLI to brownfield and not couple it with Brownie (it would end up confusing, now I see it). Needs a rebase, otherwise it looks good!
