Added coverage scripts for all TypeScript packages: bitcore-node, bitcore-wallet-service, bitcore-wallet-client, bitcore-cli, bitcore-client, and crypto-wallet-core.
Replaced old scripts in a few.
All TypeScripts tests use tsx in the PR.
The nyc config is in the package.json, it could be moved to .nycrc.
