This commit adds GitHub Actions workflows for building the following samples: - AnimationsInterpolatorPlayground - CardViewKotlin - CardView These workflows will automatically build the samples on push and pull request events to the `main` branch. This will help to ensure that the samples are always building correctly.

This commit updates the Gradle version used by the CardViewKotlin and MultiWindowPlaygroundKotlin samples from 5.1.1/6.7.1-all to 6.7.1-bin. The following files were updated: - CardViewKotlin/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.jar - CardViewKotlin/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties - CardViewKotlin/gradlew - CardViewKotlin/gradlew.bat - MultiWindowPlaygroundKotlin/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.jar - MultiWindowPlaygroundKotlin/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties - MultiWindowPlaygroundKotlin/gradlew - MultiWindowPlaygroundKotlin/gradlew.bat
