doc(debugger): rm limited preview banner & clean up language

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This pull request updates the Live Debugger documentation to provide a clearer and more user-focused explanation of the feature. The changes improve the overview, clarify key capabilities, and remove outdated preview callouts. Changes:

• Revised the overview section to better explain how Live Debugger works, emphasizing real-time inspection and non-intrusive debugging in production environments.
• Updated the list of key capabilities for greater clarity, including improved descriptions of real-time inspection, safe data capture, dynamic logpoint placement, auto-expiring logpoints, conditional data capture, and sensitive data scrubbing.
• Removed the Limited Preview beta callout and related instructions, as Live Debugger is no longer in private preview.
