Summary

Add filter hook to allow external plugins to override field instructions rendering
Enables dynamic rendering and display of formatted HTML for field descriptions

Benefits

This filter hook allows external plugins to:

Customize how field instructions/descriptions are displayed
Apply custom formatting and styling to field descriptions
Dynamically render or manipulate the HTML output based on field properties or conditions


          Update acf_render_field_instructions to use filter hook
