[Bug] Serverless: RUNNING job state doesn't exist

Describe the bug
Documentation for Serverless job states and metrics includes RUNNING state. All APIs I've seen so far return IN_PROGRESS instead, as documented in Send API requests docs.

Expected information
It should be IN_PROGRESS instead of RUNNING.
