Manage Installation of Local .flatpak files #491
Description
After the recent release of Hytale it's come to my attention that mintinstall can't install downloaded .flatpak files. I think mintinstall should have this feature for the sake of creating less friction for inexperienced users. Otherwise the package will have to be installed through the terminal.
