Fix Pydantic AI docs #5293

Just a note, the docs are inconsistent between the console and docs, https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/python/integrations/pydantic-ai/
in the docs they recommend to just install via uv add ... while in the console they recommend via uv add ..[pydantic_ai]. Also, result_type=SupportResponse, should be output_type= and result.data should be switched to result.output.
