Get the list of all clients in a collaborative document

Is there a way to get the list of clients in a collaborative document along with their cursor position?

I'm implementing a feature where users can see other people on the document and also be able to click on their icon to scroll to where their cursor is.

The information is stored internally but I'm not sure how to fetch it out.
