Sign Up For Solid link is broken

When I visit a user's pod. the Sign Up For Solid link redirects to solidproject.org which points to a Page Not Found.

solid-ui is still using : https://solidproject.org/use-solid/

It should be : https://solidproject.org/users/get-a-pod
