return an error to the agent if the click corrdinate is outside the viewport

Ideally, it should be playwright throwing the error and then we capture the message.

At the moment, I don't know how playwright racts if we click outside. It should trhrow an error or something. but it doesn't seem to.

The message should end up in the "last_action_error" of the next obs

also should be compatible with zoom factor.

We also need a test to verify that it works.
