Feature Request: Support for JPEG-XS

It would be a great benefit to open-source users to have JPEG-XS capability within UG.
Ether via https://github.com/OpenVisualCloud/SVT-JPEG-XS
or the newly added native implementation in FFMPEG/libavcodec:
