These should be easy to do. How you get to a set of regulators doesn't matter much in this case (feel free to use all of harbison/kemmeren, for instance). But it should be reasonably simple to do the following kinds of analyses
Comparison of selected binding and PR samples-sets.
Venn diagrams of
DTO
P-value
enrichment,
enrichment based on fixed bound responsiveness criteria
fraction responsive among top n bound
linear univariate model P-value and R^2
