Adminer: How to increase upload_max_filesize?

In Adminer app, how to increase upload_max_filesize? I'm trying to import a large .sql.gz

add conf/upload.ini in your app install dir
edit

upload_max_filesize = 100M 
   
post_max_size = 100M 

memory_limit = 256M

change docker-compose.yml

volumes: - ./conf/upload.ini:/usr/local/etc/php/conf.d/upload.ini
rebuild adminer
